We are always on the lookout for bright, dedicated, and passionate therapists.
We work in a very collegial environment and help each other out whenever possible. Each therapist has complete control over their own schedule and the type of client issues they will work with. We handle the marketing, billing, and office management and therapists are responsible for seeing clients and the accompanying paperwork. Each therapist works as a W2 employee and receives 58% of the income from each session + 3% into their 401K (no employee match required).
Health insurance is available as an option for full time employees. It is currently a Highmark plan (Highmark Blue Shield Platinum Premier Balance PPO 0) with no deductible and $0 for most copays. We pay half of the premium and the employee pays the other half. If you accept the health insurance option then your percentage drops from 58% to 53% to cover the employer contribution for the health insurance.
At this time, we are only considering full time therapists. To be considered full time you would average seeing at least 25 clients per week. The general expectation is that you work the equivalent of 44 weeks per year so a full time person will have at least 1100 sessions per year. The 44 week number is based on the thought of having 4 weeks vacation, 2 weeks of holidays, 1 week for trainings, and 1 week for sick time. However you can work it any way you want as long as you hit 1100 sessions for the year.
Weekly supervision is offered but not required. We also give you the opportunity to attend on of our monthly consultation groups as well. Currently we have a consultation group for working with neurodivergent individuals and another one for EMDR.
